Centre for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (CEDI) offers a range of consulting services for organizations in order to strengthen equality, human rights, diversity and inclusion. We specialize in making more human-centered inclusive societies and work environments devoid of abuse of power, sexual exploitation, harassment and abuse. We offer research based energizing and engaging training workshops on leadership development that enable team leaders to raise their awareness, empathy, inclusion and accountability. We offer our expertise to organizations to embrace equality and inclusion to marginalized communities, vulnerable and discriminated groups in the society.
CEDI recognizes that biases and social norms prevent women, men and socially excluded groups from exercising free choice and from taking full and equal advantage of opportunities for individual development. We work with schools through trainings and school curricula development to inculcate the culture of respect for human rights, inclusion, equality and diversity. We work with all people regardless of ability, age, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, marital status, national origin, race, religion or sexual orientation.
